You may initiate a return or exchange within 5 working days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The original invoice must be included with your return.

📦 Damaged or Leaked Products During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or broken in transit, please report it immediately upon receipt. To be eligible for a return in such cases:

  • The item must remain unused and in the same condition it was delivered.

  • Include all original packaging and protective materials.

We may request photos for verification.
